A very elegant menu from the MAURETANIA dated Sunday June 24, 1923. In a pink, gold and blue theme with the Cunard name at the top and the Cunard lion at the bottom. There are two soups, three desserts, and four entree choices include roast lamb, roast turkey, boiled salmon and "Kromeskis a la Russe"-- croquettes wrapped in bacon and fried.
