Dated January 26, 1955, from a "West Indies and South American Cruise," the menu includes dozens of options including meat, fish, pasta, grilled meats, cold roast meats, vegetables, salads, and five desserts plus ice cream. The front cover has a dramatic painting of the ship with small craft around it.
