A stand-up menu from the LUSITANIA dated October 9, 1913. The appetizers on this menu stand out, with oysters, turtle soup, lobster bisque, salmon, frog's legs and rissoles (fried patties) of foie gras. The entrees are ham, sirloin, turkey and mutton, and there are five dessert options. The Cunard lion, in gold, is at the top, with red and gold ribbons and roses down the sides, and the back is also decorated in the same color theme with the British, American and Cunard flags. Unlike many later menus, this one is designed to stand up on its own.
