One of three projectiles grouped by similarities in construction and style. Bamboo or reed shafts displaying notched ends to accept a bowstring. Fore sections are tapering wood points that have been stained or painted with red pigment and with two distinct bands of white pigment. Fore sections are hafted with plant fiber and further secured by sap, tar, or other naturally-occurring glue-like substance. All species unidentified. Date and location unknown. Overall: 44 x 3/8 x 3/8 in.
