Red plastic piece with the Cunard White Star flags on a stem with two blunt ends, probably a swizzle stick. The piece has the Cunard flag with its lion, above a flag with a single white star on a red background. The combination of these two flags was used between 1934, when the companies merged, and 1949, when the White Star flag was dropped from most advertising and logos. The mass production of plastic took off in the same time period, but particularly after the end of World War II, so this is probably from the late 1940s.
