A small dinner menu from the AQUITANIA dated May 21, 1929. The menu options are entirely in French and there is just one meal on offer, though it is a lavish one. Courses include foie gras, borscht soup, filets of sole, a Polish chicken dish, Dutch artichokes and crêpes. Champagne, port and benedictine are also listed on the menu. Following the menu are two names, Mr. E.J. Wade and Mr. J.J. Carlee. The front cover has a blue and green design with a sailing ship.
