A "Cunard Daily Bulletin" from the CARMANIA dated February 27, 1906, when the ship was en route from Liverpool to New York. The booklet includes a serialized story, some light features and puzzles, and a lot of advertisements for hotels, stores, luxury products, and other businesses. At the center is a very brief summary of world news received on board via Marconi wireless telegram, including news of German Kaiser Wilhelm's hawkish comments about a possible coming war, unrest in China, a fire in New Brunswick, and riots surrounding a Russian election. There is also weather information. The first class passenger list is also included in this publication. One famous name on this list is that of Ben Davies, a famous Welsh tenor who was embarking on an American and Canadian performance tour.
