Luncheon menu from the QUEEN MARY's voyage of April 30, 1967, in French on the left and English on the right. There are a number of menu options, but the suggested menu at center includes tomato juice, a pureed split green pea soup known as potage St. Germain, fillet of cod, barbecued spring chicken with potatoes and peas, and gooseberry pie. The front cover has a view of the Eiffel Tower, with a caption on the back cover attributing the photo to Colour Library International.
