Hatband embroidered with French flag on the left and Compagnie Générale Transatlantique company flag on the right; “FRANCE” embroidered between flags. Overall fair condition; silk has faded, edges frayed, ribbon may need ironing to remove creases from being tied. Overall: 26 x 1 1/8 in.
