Black and white photo of several vessels in the water. Main focus of the photo is a Coast Guard Patrol boat idling in the water and a small motorboat alongside. A third vessel with the words 'City of New London' printed on the stern of the vessel with patrol officers piloting it. The Coast Guard and the Police seem to be providing aide to something or someone not seen in the point of view of the camera. On the backside is the year '1967' handwritten in pen ink. Overall good condition, slight curling on the edges. Overall: 8 x 10 in.
