Black and white photo of a fleet of spectating boats gathering in the river. The large vessel on the right side of the photo as its name visible on the bow: 'Dolly Madison'. Two hole punches on the bottom of the photo. On the back side is the text 'Photographed By' stamped and 'Warren, Hubert J.' handwritten in blue ink. Handwritten in pencil on the bottom is the text 'Spt 4col[?] Spectator Fleet'. Overall fair condition, the backside having abrasions due to being adhered to another photograph and being separated. Overall: 8 x 10 in.
