Cable tension meter, developed by Fulmer Research Institute, Ltd., made by Norseman Ropes, Ltd., Manningtree, Essex, England, c. 1968; measures mast stays; in carrying case box 1992.112.2; consists of meter (1992.112.1.1) with dial, and 14 pairs of wheels (1992.112.1.2-29) each marked with wheel diameters for different cable sizes; actual diameters wheels range from 1-1/4" to 2-1/4".
