Piece of wood recovered from whaleship CHARLES W. MORGAN. Wood was part of one of the vessel's whaleboats which was wrecked during the hurricane of Sept. 21, 1938 at So. Dartmouth. "251" written in pencil on one end. Piece of wood is arc-shaped and has various colors of paint on it.
