Norman; rectangular with adjustable shoulder strap; top flap fastens with snap; cloth lined; organizing pockets inside, 2 long, 3 shorter, label inside flap has embroidered Waves insignia of 3 bladed propeller and fouled anchor and states "MADE AND SOLD UNDER/ AUTHORITY OF U.S.NAVY/ W.A.V.E.S."; label on inside has printed "WAVES/ CAROL NORMAN/ NAME CAROL NORMAN/ RATE/ CONTRACT NO. 110"; cloth lining frayed.
