Hull model, possibly sailing model, probably of centerboard sloop yacht RICHMOND (bt. 1855 Mystic), with attached bowsprit with eye screw at foreward end, and skeg; separate pieces include spars and sail 1983.49.2-7; hull made of one piece of hollowed wood, deck is one piece of wood screwed to hull; square hole in deck aft; varnished; handwritten pencil note by Gurdon S. Allyn, "Sloop "Richmond"/ owned by Stillman/ Kirts father or uncle/ 24 ft [sic]/ Built by Richmond/ about 1880 [sic]/ Sailed by Charles Howe Eldredge/ Rig similar to Annie"; this model does not look exactly like either painting 1945.334 or model 1945.840.
