Half model of yacht MOCCASIN. Designed by Edward Burgess. Built by Henry Piepgras, City Island, N.Y. Built 1890 for 40' class. Material is probably pine lifts, painted black topsides, red bottom. Bowsprit and mast stubs. Marquetry inlaid backboard, natural finish. Brass name plate.
