Decorative half model of International America's Cup Class YOUNG AMERICA; 28 inch scale model of 1995 contender; extremely limited production series painted with Roy Lichtenstein supervised 'mermaid' pattern; mounted on backboard; never commercially available and furnished to PACT95 participants; Presentation plaque reads "Young America/ USA 36/ Karl Kirkman/ With thanks and sincere appreciation for your/ dedication and support as a valued team member of the / PACT95 Young America campaign"; model made by Ken Gardiner Modelmaker Inc.; letter taped to back regarding model, addressed to Kirkman from John Marshall (President of PACT 2000).
