Cast brass-colored metal service belt buckle. Circular center has spread eagle on anchor with stars and circular rope border and outer oak leaf and acorn wreath. Two vertical side bars have beveled sides and relief decoration of oak leaves and acorn. Style typical for full dress uniform buckles c. 1913; for all naval commissioned officers, except chaplains and chief warrant officers.
