"Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry," copied from a circa 1834 engraving by John B Forrest (1814-1870) after a portrait of 1818 by John Wesley Jarvis (1781-1839), in the British edition of James Fenimore Cooper's "History of the Navy" (London: Richard Bentley, 1839). See 1941.411 for another rendition in the same size by the same hand on a larger tooth.
