Square splint and reed basket, splint ribs and reed closed weavers, rattan strip in middle. Lid on box with decorative braided reed handle latched to two-tone rattan and reed weavers over splint ribs. Box and lid edges are rattan and reed, bound by lacings. Small rattan-bound loop in front. Bottom is open checkerboard pattern.
