Carved bas-relief finished teak panel from auxiliary steel bark ALOHA II. Part of frieze depicting evolution of water craft, No. 7, Indian canoe: starboard view of Indian paddling canoe. Four bolt holes, 2 at each end. Stamped in wood on back "...D END AFT DECK HOUSE 177" and "FREEZE" and "...AWT SHIP". Long edges beveled. [Unsigned but possibly Karl von Rydingsvard; see 1959.676-681, 698 for panels signed "K. von R."]
