Apothecary scales in wooden box carved on cover and interior; trap door in cover; brass hinges. Inside cover are weight equivalents in French. Balance scale with brass pans and iron arm. Made to be suspended; indicator broken. Stamp on pan has fleur-de-lis and letters "BW". Box 8-1/2"x1-1/2"x2-5/8".
