Unrigged wooden model of unidentified sailing warship in frame, unusual veneered frame construction with one-piece scribed deck. Vessel is pierced for 70 guns on two decks, and has 32 small ports, possibly for sweeps, near waterline. Primary wood appears to be boxwood. Hull shape suggests a British warship of the 1830-1840 period, possibly intended for use on Great Lakes.
