Paperweight, glass, globular shape with globe set on round, flat piece of glass; on inside is replica of the 17th century windmill built in Newport, RI, by Benedict Arnold, ancestor of the historical figure of the same name (see Encyclopedia Britannica, 1968); mill is clear glass with black over it giving a suggestion of yellow color to the piece; rests on green glass base; top is flat; around the top "TER CEN TEN ARY" and "1639/ NEWPORT/ 1939"
