Hand bell of cased and turned bell metal with metal clapper. Lip stepped outward in concave then convex curves. Top flattened with convex outer edge and bordering fillets. Wooden handle flares near top and has convex ridge near brass base. Used by Mary A. Irons, to call shipyard workers to meal.
