1 sheet of plans for 152.5 ft. tern schooner, MINAS PRINCESS (built 1919) by unknown designer. Date on plans is 12-17-1929. Built for British owners, she was acquired by WHIRLWIND's America's Cup syndicate to serve as a tender, actually as part of the attending fleet for the J Class yqacht during the trial races of 1930. The schooner's interior was altered to provide many new berths. Her rig was changed to that of a two masted schooner. This vessel appears in the American Bureau of Shipping register for the first and only time in 1929.
