8x10 print originally made from a glass negative by Rosenfeld and Sons during the time of the Miami Beach Races held off Miami Beach, Florida sponsored by the Miami Beach Yacht Club from March 19-21, 1925. Image of the Biscayne Baby racer, HIALEAH, #4, underway, port beam view. Vessel is to left side of the negative and a black and white polka dot buoy to right. In the background there are cruisers to left side of photo and in the distance trees, an airplane on the water to the right side of photo, and shoreline. HIALEAH,a Biscayne Baby racer, was one of 11 Biscayne Babies designed by John Hacker and built by the Purdy Boat Company of Port Washington, New York for the Miami racing season in 1925.
