8 x 10 gelatin silver print taken by Morris Rosenfeld on August 9, 1926. Port bow view of the hydroplane ROWDY (D3) underway at high speed. Vessel is pictured with an open fore cockpit and two men in the aft cockpit. Victor Kleisrath is driving. Victor Kleisrath raced and won many hydroplane races. ROWDY was designed and built by Purdy Boat Company, 1926. She won the 1926 International Sweepstakes with a plank from her bottom torn out during the race. Handwritten on back of print: "Rowdy - Carl Fisher". Embossed in lower right corner: "MORRIS ROSENFELD/ N.Y."
