The woman in the photograph is Mrs. Dorothy Weekes Buck (wife of W. Porter Buck). View of the 70' Clinton Crane designed, Henry B. Nevins built 12 meter class sloop GLEAM (built 1937 in City Island, NY) and the 70' Sparkman & Stephens designed, Henry B. Nevins built 12 meter class sloop NORTHERN LIGHT (built 1938 in City Island, NY) sailing on Long Island Sound.
