Image is a long shot of SHAMROCK V undersail, close-hauled, port bow view on a starboard tack. SHAMROCK V was a 120'9" British cutter that challenged for the 1930 America's Cup. She was built of steel and wood by Camper and Nicholson of Gosport, England in 1929 from the designs of Charles W. Nicholson for Sir Thomas Lipton. Stamped neg. sleeve info.: "42542F / [Box] 2977".
