5 3/4 x 8 in. black and white print. Image of the vessel believed to be WHISTLER underway showing a starboard bow view with a boathouse and barges in the background. WHISTLER, a 39'4" launch was built for speed by Gas Engine & Power Co. & Seabury & Co.( also known as Consolidated Ship Building Corporation) of Morris Heights, New York. She had a 6 cylinder 6 3/4 x 8 gas engine. Gelatin print is mounted on gray card and print was make from a broken glass negative. Handwritten in pencil on the verso, "Whistler?"
