WIG WAG was designed and built in 1924 by the Consolidated Ship Building Corporation of Morris Heights, New York. Her owner in 1928 was Howard S. Borden who also owned in 1924 a 50' Consolidated of the same name. Typed on the original negative sleeve: "29203-F" and written: 7/7/28 / Wig Wag / Cou? / Box 2138".
