The event was the 1946 Red Bank Regatta, Red Bank, NJ. Handwritten on original negative sleeve: "Guy Lombardo (TEMPO VI)". Typed: "RED BANK 1946". TEMPO VI was built by the Ventnor Boat Co., Egg Harbor City, NJ 1938. She was designed by Arno A. Apel, and launched as MY SIN. Guy Lombardo was a famous big band leader.
