Image is of the runabout racer, TEASER, dockside, starboard bow view with 3 men seated or standing in the cockpits and Charles F. Chapman standing in the vessel toward the bow. Standing on the dock are many men posed for an informal picture. TEASER was a 39'11" runabout, designed by George F. Crouch for Richard F. Hoyt of New York, New York and built by Henry B.
