5x4 Kodak safety negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons for an advertisement job for Evinrude Motor Company in Florida in 1940. View of 4 female models in various poses toward the stern of an open utility looking toward the Evinrude "Zephyr" outboard motor attached to the transom. The model seated to the left of the outboard is wearing a short set with a skirt opened to show her legs, a hair net and a necklace that looks like small leaves and lemons. The model on the other side of the outboard is wearing a striped shirt and shorts and is pretending to pull on the line to start the outboard. The other two ladies are seated on the bottom of the utility leaning toward the two women in the back looking as if they are watching the proceedings. Stamped negative sleeve envelope: "95436F / FLORIDA 1940 / [BOX] 4586". Typed: "EVINRUDE MOTOR". Handwritten, "16". CREDIT LINE: Mystic Seaport, Rosenfeld Collection.
