Starling Burgess designed, Herreshoff built J class sloop RAINBOW (built 1934 in Bristol, R.I.) at New York Yacht Club Cruise. Visible in image: cropped bow view of RAINBOW with Rod Stephens (top) climbing RAINBOW's jib stay as the jib is taken down by another man halfway down jibstay and a man on deck.
