4X5 safety negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons off Bayonne, New Jersey on 10-17-42. The image is of PT 150 with workers applying foliage to the boat to evaluate that type of camouflage. This became used particularly on the PT boats stationed in the Phillipines where they were berthed in the day time at their jungle bases to avoid enemy aircraft patrols.
