SHAMROCK V, a 120'9" cutter, the British challenger, was built in Gosport, England in 1929 by Camper and Nicholson from designs by Charles W. Nicholson, is on the left and ENTERPRISE, #J4, a 120'10" J boat, design by Burgess & Morgan, Ltd. and built by Herreshoff Manufacturing Co. in 1930, is on the right.
