USN World War II sea bag; white duck bag belonged to Wright Eckersley Scott'; stenciled with sailors name and #; came with contents rolled up inside, most with their original ties; Scott served on a destroyer and later occupied Japan until discharged at Puget Sound Navy Yard, near Seattle, in 1946.
