4x6" nitrate negative photographed by Rosenfeld and Sons in October fo 1932 at the Bay City Regatta: National Outboard Championships in Bay City, MI. The image shows the general scene at the race; the competeing boats all lined up at the dock with racers near by and a large crowd of spectators on the opposite shore, some sitting on the bank, most standing. Additionally, a sailboat and powerboat [F789] sit in the water across from the competition boats. One small craft in operating in the water [F-144]. Trees, a building or two, a lamp post, and a large vehicle (possibly a firetruck with a ladder along its side) are also present amongst the crowd.
