Picture is of a man, Walter Everett, sitting "side-saddle" with his right elbow atop the wheel aboard a competitor's craft and fiddling in his fingers some small parts (e.g. washers). The craft is that of George Coleman of Miami, OK as noted in the lettering on the craft, also [F-I-30I] appears on the bow of the craft..
