Image shows a port bow view of the screw launch FLOELLA II (aka FLOELLA) underway. Treed islands and an assortment of vessels are visible in the background. FLOELLA II, built by or before 1912, approximately 35' l.o.a., was a wood screw launch with a trunk cabin. Written on the emulsion side of the negative: "Floella II". Typed on the original negative sleeve: "558-S" and written: "M.B. / Floella / New Rochelle Y.C. Motor Boat races / 1912 / Plate 558 Box 44 [both partially obscured]".
