6x8 glass negative photographed by Morris Rosenfeld in the summer of 1912 during the elimination trials or races for the Harmsworth Trophy held in Huntington Bay, New York. Image shows a starboard beam view of an unidentified hydroplane in the lead, and a starboard bow view of another hydroplane, possibly ANKLE DEEP, following, as both pass the spectator fleet.
