Package for "Sea Moss Farine" for puddings, custards, etc., includes recipe for blanc mange; square cardboard box, with color lithographed picture of Neptune and mermaids; made by Lyon Mfg. Co., successors to The Rand Sea Moss Farine Co, Brooklyn, NY and London. Patented 1876. Box is glued closed but has weight, possibly original contents.
