Vessels identified (l. to r.) as the 53'4" ketch MALABAR XIII (DS: Alden; BU: Goudy, 1945), sail #113, the 55'9" sloop BLITZEN (DS: S&S; BU: Nevins, 1938), sail #77, the NY32' Class sloop AWAY (DS: S&S; BU: Nevins, 1936) sail #19. Other unidentified vessels are sail #40, sail #50, and a small schooner to the far right. Stamped on original negative sleeve: "122257F / FLORIDA 1949 / {Box] 5036". Typed: "MIAMI-NASSAU RACE".
