The event was the 1946 Red Bank Regatta, Red Bank, NJ. Stamped on back in blue rectangular box: "MORRIS ROSENFELD / PHOTOGRAPHIC ILLUSTRATOR / 116 NASSAU STREET, N.Y. / Phone BEekman 3-4970". TEMPO VI was built by the Ventnor Boat Co., Egg Harbor City, NJ 1938. She was designed by Arno A. Apel, and launched as MY SIN. Guy Lombardo was a famous big band leader.
