Cabinet photograph, albumen print mounted on white card with red line border on 3 sides; studio portrait of Inuit Kud-lup-pa-mune (also known as Abbott), wearing native clothes, standing by chair, polar bear skin on chair; handwritten on back "Abba"; he and his wife Ou-se-gong were brought to New London in 1866 by Sidney Buddington aboard the schooner FRANKLIN; they returned to the Arctic in 1867.
