Image taken as part of long term commissioned work and documentation for the American Telephone & Telegraph Company, ranging from 1910 through the 1940s. View of Alexander Graham Bell seated and posed at a table after the first transcontinental telephone call. Group of seven men total posed as publicity for the first public coast to coast call on January 25, 1915. Original negative taken by Underhill, NY. Copy negative from which this print was made, was taken by Rosenfeld and Sons in 1915 or 1916. Stamped on back in rectangular box: "MORRIS ROSENFELD / PHOTOGRAPHIC ILLUSTRATOR / 116 NASSAU STREET, N.Y. / Phone BEekman 3-4970".
