View of linemen running lines through cross arms in White Plains, NY, on November 29, 1915. Two workers seen up in cross arms, while three men seen on the ground below managing the lines. Several spools of cable seen in foreground, lines run across a river valley that can be partially seen, along with foot bridges and a larger bridge structure. Surrounding landscape is barren.
