View of telephone linemen running lines through cross arms, in White Plains, NY, on November 29, 1915. One man visible up in the cross arms while a group on the ground feeds cables. A man who appears to be a supervisor is seen posed against anchor cables on the right, wearing a suit, overcoat, and hat. Embossed in lower right corner: "MORRIS ROSENFELD / N.Y.".
